How It Works
A player destroys or damages another player's structure
A raid zone is created around the explosion with the configured radius
All players inside the zone receive a raid block with a UI timer
Blocked actions are restricted until the timer expires
If more damage occurs , the zone timer refreshes automatically
When the timer ends , the zone is removed and all restrictions are lifted
